Well, maybe we should assume that racial profiling has now ceased in Mpls.,
and what we are now seeing is the 'residual' effect, absent the previous
bias?  I assume we'll experience a reduced caseload in our jails, in our
courts, and fewer related referrals to social workers, chemical dependency
folks, etc.; as well as the related layoffs from redundant public and
private sector service providers?  Another feather in the Mayor's cap, no
less!  Does this mean we should expect lower taxes, and better statistics as
to living conditions here in the city any time soon?
