Ways and Means Committee will hear the Lake Street LRT issue. They won't
take action but will adjourn to March 22 at 9:15. I spoke to Pat Kelly and
she was unsure if Chair Campbell would allow public testimony. You should
call Pat on or after 3.14 to find out. (673-2202)

There will be a joint meeting of the T&PW and W&M committees on Thursday,
March 22 at 9:15 A.M. for the purpose of acting on 2 items related to LRT.
Both of these items will have been presented to the individual committees
before then, however, additional financial information is needed. (no public
testimony)

Report outlining current status of discussions on costs and responsibilities
related to construction of elevated trackage between Lake St and 28th St
Refer cost issue to W&M/Budget
T&PW Action: Referred to special meeting on March 22 at 9:15 a.m.; Staff
directed to look at the cost implications of the Midtown Greenway
Coalition's southern and northern bike route alignment options
