Note: we do have rules against personal attacks, inflamed language, etc. on
the list. I'm not sure if Terry's initial statement qualifies as a rules
violation, and therefore the response is justified...or the initial
statement had a different meaning and Rick's response was hasty.
I have written Terry Erickson asking him to explain his remark. Let's let
him do so before commenting further.
