Mr. List Manager and Members of the List...
While we all welcome Mr. Basim Sabri to the forum, let us remind ourselves
that the purpose of this list is fair discussion and disclosure of
interests. On more than one occasion, the list manager has had to intervene
between personal attacks,and there is clearly a biased motive in Mr. Sabri.
Mr. Sabri is a well known landlord in the city. "well known," as in the
inspections department beats a well known path to his charming properties
after disgruntled tenants have filed numerous complaints and courts have
ordered numerous restitution and repairs.
Mr. Sabri has a violent temper, as witnessed by the unusually voluminous
police jacket he has in the public record.
It was amusing for me to read Mr. Sabri's tale of what a dedicated property
rehabber he is, and even more amusing to read the innocent congratulations
from list members welcoming this gallant urban hero to the list. Feel free
to pull a list of properties Mr. Sabri owns from the public record, and take
a little tour of his fiefdom.
Ms. McDonald, as Council Member, cracked down on Mr. Sabri's property
activities, and as a result Sabri declared a blood feud For seven or more
years. Mr. Sabri has personally threatened or tried to intimidate her, and
and as a result I believe restraining orders were arranged to protect Lisa.
