This is a little outdated but I am thrilled to announce that we had nesting kestrels
in a neighbor's tree last summer. It was WAY COOL!!! We couldn't figure out what it
was (maybe a Merlin) but we finally got out a telescope (couldn't do it with binocs)
one day to peg it down - one posed for us perfectly on top of a tree. It's call is
very identifiable too. Does anyone know if they come back to the same sight? I'd
love to see them back!
