In addition to using unmarked cars near the two bridges where so many people speed into Saint Paul, the police department also uses such cars anywhere in the city. And has done so for years. I have a hunch that Minneapolis also uses unmarked cars. <grin> As was noted, traffic over the Ford bridge often travels at 40-45 mph with speed limits on both sides and on the bridge of 30 mph. I especially like the new touch in lights. In addition to fast-flashing headlights, taillights, and grill lights, there are now little red flashing lights in the outside rear-view mirrors. They're cute.
