Leadership: Embracing Differences

Osman Sahardeed, Assistant Executive Director of the Somali Community of =
Minnesota, has become a critical voice in his role as translator, =
bridging the worlds of the new Somali immigrants with the larger =
community. "True leadership comes from the heart. The best leaders are =
not called leaders, they are called advocates and educators. They do not =
recognize a hierarchy within the community. Empowering a community means =
utilizing the strengths and skills of every community member. Lead to =
educate and learn - not to win. True leaders do not take sides. The day =
we stop learning from one another is the day we stop growing together." =
Join us to learn more about this fascinating community leader!

Seating is limited to the first 60 people, so please arrive early.=20
