About 30 people came to a meeting to discuss a proposed plan modification to move 120,000 of allocated NRP funds to general administrative costs for CNIA. A motion was made to approve the concept of a plan mod (with ammounts and details to be discussed later). The motion failed, by a good margin. It sounds like this now goes to the NRP policy board to make the final decision. The CNIA board has voted twice in favor of the Plan Modification, and the community voted against the Plan Modification.
