Plus all the chemicals that spew out of that thing. One step closer to your
next case of cancer. I spoke to the tour hosted by the Women's Cancer
Resource Center when it stopped there and talked about the old citizen
struggles that went on trying to fight the building of that monstrosity.
Don't get me started.
And most of you know I love baseball and really want an outdoor ballpark
but located there - oh my Mother Goddess! And speaking of baseball. That
sure wasn't Minnesota Nice to Mr. Knoublach and his Yankee friends. Now
Chuckie burned a lot of bridges (mostly women) while he was in town but it
is still no way to treat the guy.
When is someone going to start talking about a cooperative or the public-
you and me - owning the Twins and the ballpark like in Green Bay - anyone
thinking about that plan at all?
I've been busy campaigning and haven't had the chance to weigh in on this
ballpark scene.
If the Twins stay this hot though maybe I'll spend some time this summer
campaigning back at the ballpark. What fun having a winning team for awhile.
See you all Saturday and Sunday at several of our cities great civic
activities.
For now,
