Hello this is Steven Froemming how are you doing today? Say the reason that
I am writing is I hear that there might be new life for a Minnesota Twins
Ball park. Under this new plan the only public money that would be used
would be money that would be used would be from a user fees. Meaning that
only money would come from people that would come from people that would go
to the game. What would you think of a user tax to help support the
stadium?

P.S. sorry to keep beating down the bush but I Strongly believe that there
needs to be a healthy relationship between elected officials and the public.
