To set the record straight: both mayoral candidates, Lisa
McDonald and R.T. Rybak, requested candidate questionnaire packets
from the Minneapolis Green Party. They will each meet, separately of
course, with the Minneapolis-5th District Green Party Candidate
Screening committee on Saturday, May 26th. On Saturday, June 2nd, at
the last of our Mpls.-5th Dist. GP Endorsing meetings, each candidate
will have time to present themselves and their platforms to the
general membership. The membership is not just choosing "between"
these two candidates. In addition to voting "yes" or "no," each member
may indicate "no endorsement" via their ballot.
