Council Members don't build housing (affordable or otherwise) in their
wards, developers do.
Council Member McDonald was very supportive of the Minneapolis Public
Housing Authority when it placed 8 Hollman units in the 10th Ward and has
worked with MPHA and the MCDA to get more affordable housing as part of the
Urban Village project.
