Oh and one other thing.

Robert Lilligren only got one or two votes from all
the delegates at the DFL 8th Ward endorsing convention.
I'll have to go back and look. It was maybe just one.
Such a poor showing has to be about something much
larger than the types of things David Piehl is talking
about. Personally, I like Robert. But he is *so* not
ready for prime time and it really showed at the Ward
convention and at the Stonewall DFL screening. If he
had only been more interested in working as a Democrat,
I would have worked hard to bring state candidate
development resources his way and would have devoted
a chunk of my life to getting him elected in a future
race. But his running against a DFL-endorsed candidate
in spite of such a dismal showing really makes me
question his judgement and turns me off big time.
Who knows? Maybe he'll pull the rabbit out of the hat.
But I'll be organizing volunteers to get out the vote
for Brian Herron.
