They're asked because our members want them asked. It's called
democracy.
The first part of every screening is going over the questions & rules for
the screening. If these questions aren't on the list of prepared
questions, some member always seems to ask them from the floor.
What I've never gotten is why you, Eva, as a Republican, are so
obsessed with the Stonewall DFL process? Why don't you tell us about the
Log Cabin Republicans process instead? So far, there are 2 republicans
running -- Shirley Carlson in 10th ward & Mark Steinglein for Mayor. Has
Log Cabin Republicans screened or endorsed them? What are their positions
on GLBT issues?
