Anyone surprised?
MnDOT lies, and they lie often.
Apparently MnDOT officials need to eliminate any doubt about this.
They have chosen to lie knowing full well we have audiotapes of MnDOT officials lying in public meetings. We have letters repeatedly raising concerns, and MnDOT consistently ignoring them.
We have thousands of people's signatures on petitions, documented cases of MnDOT removing public testimony from official records that criticize their misguided work, and I can't understand the lack of elected officials outcry.
How much proof do you need?
There is currently a large group of citizens who know personally of MnDOT's lies...but only a relatively small list of officials willing to take on the lying behemoth...
We need our elected leaders to stand up, and truly represent the people.... Come on reps, stand with the truth.
MnDOT said that their design "will not impact Coldwater Spring".
(Yes I have that on audiotape and on many documents)
We don't need a lawsuit; our elected officials are MnDOT's bosses. Come on guys.... Tell MnDOT to keep its word.
Our Representatives should not tolerate MnDOT�s lies!!! You are their boss. MnDOT's tollerated lies reflect directly apon you!
(And we the people shouldn't tolerate the reps that let this happen.)
