Here's an update from the Capitol:
MNDoT is still planning to go forward requesting repeal of the law
that protects Coldwater Springs from the Transportation conference
committee. It is my understanding that Senator Julie Sabo and
Representative Mark Gleason are working to prevent repeal by inserting
language into the existing law which will protect the Springs in the
future, after the highway project is completed.
The MCWD and MNDoT are set to go to court on this matter on June 12.
