I was there for most of it. I suspect there will be a full release/report out
soon, but, it was very interesting and esxicitng. Clearly the Greens are
growing. Briefly, here are the results I was there to witness:
Shane Price endorsed for City Council Ward 3
Natalie Johnson Lee endorsed for City Council Ward 5
Annie Young endorsed for Park and Recreation Board at-large
No endorsement for mayor
Two school board endorsements also I think, but will wait for confirmation on
that one.
All endorsed using Preference Voting, I might add.
It was a great and difficult meeting and my hat is off to the organizers and
facilitators -- especially Holle Brian who helped facilitate the group through
some difficult waters in a timely and civil fashion.
