[Mpls] Did the Kaplans switch candidates?

There is a brief item in today's STAR TRIBUNE which says Sam and Sylvia
Kaplan are now fundraisers for R.T. Rybak. Have the Kaplans supported other
mayoral candidates in the past and have now switched or have they always
been Rybak supporters?
