A few hints to anyone on the list with the power to get some
bike lanes painted:

24th Street across much of south Minneapolis is at least 30
feet wide, thusly there is room for at least 3' bike lanes in each
direction.

The right lanes on the Broadway and Plymouth Avenue river
bridges are 16' wide, so there is room for 4' bike lanes there.

Also, one of the biggest hassles in our "system" of trails
and lanes are the "missing links". It makes little sense to build
beautiful trails that end up dumping the cyclist right into busy city
streets.
