The beauty of the Internet is that anyone who wants to start a new forum
can. For the people who do not like Mr. Brauer's moderation of this list,
please start your own forum elsewhere. The Internet allows for an infinite
number of forums and if this tiny world does not suit you, please create one
somewhere else with rules that suit the way you believe a board should be
run.
The people at this board like the way it is being run enough to stay and
continually dragging your displeasure about how this board is run does
nothing but distract from the main purpose of this board, to debate public
policy. The people who remain part of this forum do so because they are
comfortable enough with the moderation policy to stay and continue to
participate. If you are able to create a better forum than this one, I
expect that the membership on your new board will grow and your methods will
be proven by your membership. But to continue to make attacks here in this
forum does nothing but show that you do not respect the people on this
board. Because of this, I would ask that you please start another forum
somewhere else with the kind of rules that you feel are appropriate. If you
do so, I will volunteer to post the link to this new forum as a starting
point for you to build membership.
