I hate to pass up the opportunity to win an argument, 
even one that everybody else has forgotten.

This evening I was at the Prospect Park water tower 
(Witch's Hat).  There is a sign on the tower claiming
that it is built on the highest natural land area
in Minneapolis.  Doesn't give the elevation, however.
