It's hard to tell from what is online. I bow to the Borchert Library.
I looked at the online maps at http://maps.dnr.state.mn.us/tomo and also
US GEodetic Survey data sheets at www.ngs.ngs.noaa.gov.
It looks fairly close. Prospect Park benchmark is 965 feet, Washburn water
tower location looks similar, Deming Heights Park looks like more than 960,
as does Waite Park. Benchmark at 37th and Central, near Deming is at 926
with significant slope in the park.
Nothing online (that I found) with the map resolution to go further.
A lot of lower ground elsewhere, for sure.
