I see where Sauna 27 in the East Lake Street and Minnehaha Av neighborhood
has been bulldozed after being boarded for more than a year under a state
nuisance law. According to the STAR TRIBUNE article, "A combination of
police, prosecutor and neighborhood pressure has closed all six saunas once
operating on or near the east half on Lake Street."

What about the west half of Lake Street? I believe two or three saunas are
still in operation. What's missing from the West Lake Street equation:
police, prosecutor or neighborhood pressure?
