I know we have at least one (and probably more) current Minneapolis Charter
Commission member who subscribes to Minneapolis-Issues. Could any
commissioners fill us in on the latest details about the NRP charter
change - do backers have to start from square one? Seems like the Charter
Commission is in the center of the action lately, so this is a chance to let
the city's citizens in on what's going on.

Also, if any commissioners would like to give us their opinion of what they
can and will do with respect to an NRP ballot initiative, it would be good
for the public to know your views. Friends & associates -- please inform any
commissioners who aren't members that they can post to [EMAIL PROTECTED] I
will wave those posts through in the public interest (of course, we'd like
to get commissioners as subscribers, too!).
