I recall this a little differently. At the house party two neighbors were
disputing the bylaws of their neighborhood organization and my comment was not
about what I beleived but that there was some dispute among neighbors about the
facts....community beliefs and understandings were different. More light and
information shared with everyone would be helpful. Still, it would be helpful
to have copies of the bylaws available.

I contend that any resident of a neighborhood should be able to participate in
that neighborhood's planning. A top priority and cornerstone of NRP is
inclusion, not exclusion, every effort ought to be made to include all
residents. Also at the Progressive Minnesota meeting I did not voice anything
to gain anything.....I infact wasn't even sure what side the questioner
supported....I voiced it because I believed it, and I still do.

I am sorry if there was any confusion about the Progressive Minnesota meeting or
about the House Party. I know Mike wasn't at either and I realize how difficult
it can be to rely second hand information.

Now, back to the doors.

Yours, for better demcracy,

Cam
