[Mpls] Incumbent Mpls. mayors lose primaries

[Tony Hill]

Only four incumbent Minneapolis mayors have lost primaries for
re-election, most recently George Leach in 1941.

The others were William F. Kunze in 1929, A.G. "Buzz" Bainbridge in
1935, when he had to fight a 19-way primary, and Thomas Latimer in 1937.
