I heard that Brock did commit at one of the candidate forums that she would on no account vote for Cherryhomes for council president. Did she make this promise? Are you saying because Robert has been involved with the West Philips neighborhood association (a functional NA by the way) that somehow that makes him NOT understand the rest of the ward. Everyone lives somewhere within the ward. And I guess the question is, how will Vickie Brock be better on this one. Anyone can say they will represent the whole ward.
