The perception here in the 10th is that Doug and Dan have very similar issue positions, so the "tie-breaker" is their previous experience & community-involvement records. The Mayor and RT are regarded as having different positions - on a Target subsidy, or the level of NRP funding, police leadership, Jackie Cherryhomes, etc. - so no tie-breaker is needed. RT fans might say the mayor's political experience is a negative, as opposed to Doug and Dan's, and even RT's community/volunteer experience.
