A gentle reminder that it was the Minneapolis political establishment
and with its DFL monopoly that gave us the inept city legal 
department.  Also that the DFL had no intention of endorsing 
Zerby until Joan Campbell, ruthless opponent of strong coffee and
unconventional people, got trounced in the primary.   

But I appreciate that someone has finally come out and said the
legal department is inept.  I've had this sort of "why isn't the 
emperor wearing any clothes?" feeling every time that department 
did anything.
