Members - I occasionally send out reminders about conduct on the list. These should not become fodder for back-and-forth (like the comments below). The point is to steer people BACK to substance and away from personal, one-on-one, intramural disputes. Generally speaking, the list discussing the list is chasing its tail. I get involved to cut these discussions short.
If you have thoughts for other members about their conduct, and what they should and shouldn't do, please email them directly OFF-LIST. You can also complain to me if a rules violation takes place. Let's concentrate on-list on issues important to the city, and let me deal with the other stuff off list.
