Well the stats say that 4,000 units were knocked down in the past ten years in Mpls, where in St.Paul that number is 2,000. Clearly housing and affordable housing is an issue on each level of government, but the least we can ask is that government not make the situation any worse. My opinion is that policies do not reflect the needs of each community. Assessing the strengths and the weakness different parts of the city and country have. I wonder how far the city's policies are going to alleviate the problem. If they continue to take down good houses and only replace 20-30 percent. That's just not going to cut it.
