Wow! Jackie & Joe caused the loss of affordable housing. And
here I thought there was a nationwide crisis in affordable housing,
traceable mainly to 1991-1992 changes in tax policy under Bush Sr. (the one
that was actually elected).
But Keith tells us that just 2 city council members from our own
town caused this nationwide crisis. What incredible power! We better keep
them in office here, for sure!

(Did I say national?) My (Keith's) Posting===It appears thru my polling
the number of responses to my North Side postings (almost zero) that this
List is very "Southcentric". They don't seem to excite to the fact that
Jackie and Joe (who?) rule this City. They Don't care that these two Council
Members ruled during the period of loss of our affordable housing, that they
caused the loss and it was by their design. The blooming of our bond
indebtedness under this regime don't trouble 'um. The whole litany of not so
fresh deals/no rash. BUT, a possible negative reference to the "homosexual
agenda", he said she said, 40 or 50 responses. If you want change, you have
to change the rulers. Please look at the Record of Jackie, Joe and Sharon and
vote them out.

And I now attach my other posting as further back-up=== Yes, lets ask
Sharon's handlers what a strong and effective voice she has been for
preserving our existing stock of affordable housing. But Jana, on your way
downtown to ask, please don't look at all the boarded buildings or weedy
vacant lots. If you did look, you would see prima-facie examples of the
neglect and or contempt Sharon, Jackie, Joe and Boardum' up, knock um' down
Steve at the MCDA have shown toward this collective asset of our City: it's
old and affordable housing. I laugh w/you Barisonzi!
