So the first thing that crosses my mind is to wonder whether Mr Rybak
wanted Lavender's endorsement and whether he will disassociate himself
from it. I am of course, thinking of Lavender's well known biases in
union-busting and gender exclusivity.

So did he seek this out or was it just given to him?
