I agree with all the posts today opposing the use of our tax money to subsidize billionaires like Carl. And remember, the legislature has made it perfectly clear in the past they're not going to do that, and that's even more true today, after funds have been cut for many core programs that people need.
Yet I also agree with those who think it would be a shame if we lost the Twins. Baseball is a great game and it provides entertainment not only for those who go to the game but also those watching on TV and listening on the radio. I like Molly's idea of community ownership. I think we'll be hearing more about this issue legislatively.
