I don't understand this divisive attitude.  Why is
everything always north/south, black/white, blue/red,
etc with some people?  Maybe that's part of the reason
ZippinZack only got 30 votes or so in the election -
good leaders unite, not divide.  I also think that a
good council president will give equal treatment to
all areas of the city (another reason experience is a
must).  True, the 8th ward didn't get as much as it
could have over the past 8 years, even though Brian
was in tight with Jackie, but that has more to do with
Brian not being much of a negotiator and giving his
vote away to Cherryhomes bloc, which is now in the
trash bin of history.

Can we all finally lose the bitterness and "play
nice"?  Maybe that isn't lucrative for some.  Sad.
