thanks for the information about the art crawl.  i
will defiantly be there. seward is my old neighborhood
i think (franklin and nicollet?), and i am interested
in seeing how thinks have changed, and what some of
the artists are doing.

my wife is working on a group called artstead here in
northeast, trying to create more artist-owned
live/work space (good luck, i hear you saying.)  

but people tell me that r.t. is more art-friendly so
maybe artists will become more a part of the process
and valued as community members rather than just
having their work hang in the mayor's office.
