As did I.  I specifically told George Garnett during a parade last summer
and he among others just laughed at me throughout the summer. And I even
flip flopped at one point because I knew it would be very, very close but
in the end I knew NJL would pull through.  Every time I went up to the
northside to do some campaigning I could feel the elctricity for change.
I also happen to believe Jackie is a very, very smart cookie and I don't
see her going too far away. What will be interesting now is to watch what
everyone who is leaving is going to go do next.
