The Zoning and Planning Committee yesterday denied an appeal against the 53rd and Lyndale development that has been discussed on this list. Steve Brandt had a brief article in the Strib about it at:
http://www.startribune.com/stories/462/858326.html The Committee also postponed action until January 8, 2002, on the Collaborative Village Initiative, the PPL/Sabathani/Turning Point development at Elliot and Franklin in Phillips. Curious as to whether the new council will be more or less amenable to this PPL project.
