Whether Barbara Johnson has been good for the 4th Ward and whether, as council
president, she would be good for the city are different questions.

She's voted fairly consistently with the Sayles Belton/Cherryhomes/Campbell
axis, which leaves the impression that she would try to continue the policies of
that triad.  I'm concerned, too.

So does she have a chance?  I'm guessing Colvin Roy and Biernat will support
her.  I'll be sorely disappointed if Zimmermann, Zerby, Lilligren or Schiff do.
What do other people think?
