I just want to clarify that I completely agree with Eduardo here - I'm sure I confused things with what was really meant to be a by-the-way: that if anyone should complain, it's south Minneapolitans who have had the council presidency less often. But really, I think the lack of bleating from south Minneapolis insiders about Ostrow versus Johnson indicates we aren't really hung up on the north/south thing...and I think that's good.
