My respect for Barbara Johnson grew out of a zoning dispute in Seven Corners (Ward 2). She was the ONLY Council Member who voted to honor the zoning laws which, in this particular case, were established to protect small businesses.
Barbara Johnson understands that 70% of all jobs are created by small businesses: No jobs, no people; No people, no tax base; No tax base, no anything.
