Ah yes, the old "you can't blame us" trapdoor.  It should be obvious that a program
for improving the schools will have to negativity tolerant.

Not having heard of these people I did a literature search and found that although
they have published a number of books and reports, I can't find any major work in a 
peer
reviewed journal.  People should keep in mind what they have is a theory, which
doesn't appear to be validated by experimental research.  I don't have a theory,
I have a lot of proposals that need to be tested.
