What about all the extra taxes the other homeowners have to pay.  The land
trust house will be paying less taxes then their similar neighbors, for 100
years.  They will still use a similar amount of government services.  The
neighboring homes will have to pick up the difference.

Oh by the way.  Does anyone think that these houses will be sold to anyone
except close friends and families?  I'll wait till my daughter is just out
of college to sell it to her.  Let's subsidize our neighbors children
pursuit of middle class.  While I'll watch my house go up so far that my
child can't buy it.

It's a bad idea.
