The DFL Central Committee, and please correct me if I am wrong Brian 
Melendez, has an open meeting policy, so anyone may attend or speak, and not 
be a voting member.

Along with Brian Biele, Paul Ostrow, Scott Benson and other non-voting 
members spoke.
