In the service redesign the Park Board got all the trees in the City while the City got all the sewers. Other than that the Park Board still has ongoing maintenance responsibility for its 6500 acres. And yes we are going to face some tough decisions. And yes we are going to try to work better together. Enough from me in this debate.
