Hi list members,

In the interest of open government, I wanted to share my first council action
of the year with the list. In concurrence with the mayor's Affordable Housing
work group (and my number one campaign promise) the council will vote this
Friday on two directives to staff to review aspects of the zoning code that
may affect the affordability of our city's housing stock.

This is just once piece of the "Regulatory Reform" package that the mayor
called for yesterday as part of his 90-day plan.
