Can you provide more information about this occurrence?? I am curious to know
what projects qualify this statement, and the communities where they exist.
What agencies are involved and what criteria is targeted by these actions?
This kind of waste negatively effects everyone and, though I do not propose
to speak for any specific interest, I am certain that exposure of factors
involved is of interest to many.
