Minneapolis-specific issue, it is a statewide one. Please take any
discussion on this statewide matter to our sibling forum,

Also, on crows: it was me, acting as list manager, who asked that
crow-talk be kept strictly local. I'd appreciate it if people would
abide by that, given the local charter, rules, and purpose of our forum.
