Good news for Minneapolis from the Capitol today (for a change). The State Government Division of the Senate Finance Committee met to vote on priorities for the 2002 state bonding bill, and they ranked the Planetarium and the Guthrie quite high. The Senate Capital Investment Committee will take these recommendations into consideration when putting together the bonding bill, but they're not binding.
