I heard this through the grapevine in the arts community... Is it true that Rybake is 
getting rid of the Office of Cultural Affairs?

I confess you guys may have already talked about this - I've been too busy to keep up 
these days - foregive me.


I thought he was really suppportive of the arts - what will it mean to the city? 

I was on a task force for the Mpls. Arts Commission this past year.  We compared the 
support that the city of Minneapolis gives to the arts compared to other cities around 
the nation.
--Believe it or not it was embarrassingly low!!!
